Service advisor has customer service skill Took in new truck only 5 weeks old I explained that the night before something is burning in the back of the truck I requested a loaner car as I felt Took in new truck only 5 weeks old I explained that the night before something is burning in the back of the truck I requested a loaner car as I felt this is not a service call and should not happen to a new vehicle and didn't thinking should be with out a vehicle when the truck is so new he advised me to set appointment in advanced so I can get a loaner I didn't considered this a service call so I don't think I should have to wait days for appointment for loaner when this is a break down so I said give me my truck and I will go another dealer his answer was I'll go get the keys. After driving off the rear end started making noise and burning smell I felt I should not have to drive this truck like this so I go back and get upset and ask for the manager and all of a sudden there are loaner car available. I just don't understand why I had to get upset and ask for a manager for this situation and the service advisor let's me pull off the lot with out consulting with a manager first if I return I will not deal with that advisor again More
