Recall I had a brake pedal recall. It was quick in and out in less than 45 minutes. My only negative comment is when I got back into my truck my seat was I had a brake pedal recall. It was quick in and out in less than 45 minutes. My only negative comment is when I got back into my truck my seat was completely readjusted. and the steering column was as low as it could get. I feel that there is no reason to adjust either. the only thing should have been the seat forward or back. More

Dependable, courteous. I own a Buick Enclave, in fact this is our second one and even though I have bought at a Buick dealer have taken it to Sands because it's closer to wh I own a Buick Enclave, in fact this is our second one and even though I have bought at a Buick dealer have taken it to Sands because it's closer to where I live. Have also had the same service rep(Jake) and he has always taken excellent care of us. Oh, they have great donuts in the waiting room. Bottom line....GREAT SERVICE???? More

The only dealership we will buy from! Just bought our 5th! We are no different from anybody else about our view of visiting dealerships. Until we found Sands Chevrolet in Surprise we dreaded having to trade ve We are no different from anybody else about our view of visiting dealerships. Until we found Sands Chevrolet in Surprise we dreaded having to trade vehicles and always knew we would end up with no deals! We have worked directly with Erwin and indirectly with many of the staff over time. We are like everyone else in that we have to make our dollars count. I will tell you that they have not lied, no bait and switch, no hostage situation and no high hopes only to be disappointed. Everything is first rate from beginning to service and maintenance.
