From start to finish Ed Carpenter was very helpful with any questions my father and I had about the newer Ford trucks. He showed us total respect and friendliness throughout the deal. Buying a new vehicle any questions my father and I had about the newer Ford trucks. He showed us total respect and friendliness throughout the deal. Buying a new vehicle has never been so easy. I had done a weeks worth of internet shopping before I even placed a call. I knew the right price to pay, and Ed even made the price better after sitting down with him. Based on past experience with the Columia Ford servic dept., I wanted to buy from Columbia Ford anyway. Owned Fords my entire life. Believe their trucks to be the best, and a great dealership experience makes me a more solid Ford customer. Thanks a bunch, Dennis P. Jolley More
