Always personable. I have only been dealing with this Dealership for a short while since I moved into the area.. Everyone is extremely friendly and always seem to be I have only been dealing with this Dealership for a short while since I moved into the area.. Everyone is extremely friendly and always seem to be having a great time. It is like a big family and you don’t want to leave. My interactions have mostly been with Jake, in the Service Dept. He is the best I have ever dealt with. Always knows who I am and remembers my name, which is impressive to customers. Additionally, I have come to know Wally, in the Showroom. Am purchasing a vehicle from him. He is a straight shooter and extremely personable. Treats you like family and makes you want to buy from Moore’s Dealership. Steve, the Fleet Manager, I met him briefly, but he too, is an asset to the organization. Mrs Moore, whatever you are doing to hire the best people, you are doing it right. Kudos to you and your family. More

I was actually If I could give a zero star review, I would. The rudeness and incompetence of service department at this dealership is astounding. I was actually talked down to by Kyle, then yelled at by Mike (he got very agitated and angry). I made an appointment a few weeks in advance after having my vehicle inspected. The estimated time of repair was 6-8 hours (which at the Larry H. Miller in Surprise - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - dealership took less than 4 hours). So, I scheduled an appointment in the morning, to have my vehicle ready by the closing of the business. But when I arrived at my scheduled appointment, Mike Harrington in service told me that I need to sit and wait for the diagnosis of the problem, and then he will see if the repair can be even finished in one day. I reminded him that the diagnosis was already done before and that I scheduled this appointment a month in advance to ensure my spot for a repair the same day. That got Mike very agitated. He kept interrupting me, and repeating that he doubts the repair can be finished before Monday (it was Wednesday before Thanksgiving). When I told him that I have already scheduled this repair and was assured by Kyle Ostwald that my vehicle will be serviced, he yelled that he wasn’t my service advisor before and he doesn’t know what I was or wasn’t promised. I calmly asked him to review notes from the previous service appointment, to which Mike informed me that they do not keep any of such notes. As he became more hostile, I requested to work with another service person. He took me to Jake Hengsteler to proceed with my service. Jake wasn’t any more helpful than Mike, and even though he didn’t raise his voice at me, he talked down at me as if I had no clue whatsoever. Jake confirmed that my vehicle should be ready on Monday, despite my 9am appointment on Wednesday. He said there are a few cars in front of mine already, and refused to explain how that was even possible, since I had a 9am appointment. Jake’s indifferent approach and Mike’s hostile behavior were something I’d never wished on any customer in any type of a business. I finally left the dealership, not seeing any way to have my vehicle serviced on time, as promised. Before leaving though, I requested to talk to a supervisor on duty, but was told neither was available. I was, however, promised to receive a follow-up call from either Shawn Jordan or Dustin Sheppard. Needless to say, nobody made an effort to call me. More

We love Moore Chrysler Jeep We purchased our first Chrysler Town & Country from Moore in 2007. Since then we have bought our Jeep in 2015 & yesterday our 2017 Pacifica. Horrible Customer Service I had an appointment at 1030 AM, immediately at drop off they told me my vehicle wouldn't even be looked at until the next morning. I was told I would receive a call with the results the next day as my vehicle would be the first in line. I did not receive a call back before noon, and had to call and leave voicemails to get ahold of someone for a status. Finally I recieved the status and was told by the service rep that my vehicle would be completed by close of business and that I would receive a call from him when done. I called at 4 to get a status to see if I need to make my way to pick up my vehicle. Jake said my vehicle is almost complete and would be ready by 5. I'm on my way to pick up my vehicle (had to pay for an Uber) at 4:50 Jake calls and said my vehicle would not be completed until the next day now. I ask to speak with a manager and he explained that there were no managers available. The service department doesn't close until 6, but it sounded like everyone just wanted to leave early by 5. When I picked up my vehicle the next day at 4:30 after work, the vehicle work was completed as described. However, they didn't offer me anything for my troubles, not even a quick car wash. This is the worst family owned shop I've ever been too. Good work just horrible customer service. More

Avoid the service department at all costs! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to have their car serviced by Moore Chrysler! Evidently an appointment doesn't mean squat. First service appointment I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to have their car serviced by Moore Chrysler! Evidently an appointment doesn't mean squat. First service appointment took them 2 full days to do an oil change, rotate the tires, 2 computer programming recalls and diagnose a few other warranty issues. Told it would be 3-5 days for parts to repair. 3 weeks later after calling 3 different times to find out if parts had arrived I'm told they just arrived the day before? So I schedule a second appointment for a few days later to get remaining work done, as well as have them fix something that was supposedly fixed the first visit, with the understanding that I need a loaner if they couldn't complete the same day. Bring it in first thing in the morning and wait for an hour just to get a shuttle ride to work. Get a call at 3pm telling me they were going to need it another day, so I remind him I need a loaner and wouldn't you know they don't have any available. He offers to give me the vehicle back though and just reschedule? If my car is torn apart for service why would you put it back together so I can drive it instead of just finishing the work? After discussing with the Mrs. and verifying with Jake that they'd finish it the next day or get me a loaner, guaranteed, we decided to let them keep it. So 2pm the 2nd day rolls around and I get a call asking if they can keep it for another day as the tech had just started working on it. Light bulb moment, it just took them a day and a half to even put the car on the lift! He gives me the confirmation# for the rental from Enterprise down the road. Take my wife into Enterprise after work only to find they were short of vehicles and we needed to wait an hour for a vehicle. Day 3 rolls around and I hear nothing for the better part of the day, after several calls Jake finally calls me back and says they'll "hopefully" have it done by 5. I remind him the rental is due back by 4:30. He says we'll take it back and you'll just have to wait until the car is done. Wow, talk about customer service! This may be the most convenient dealership to us and they entice you with a free set of replacement tires if you get all your service work done here, but I'm done with them I don't care if it costs me $1,000 set of tires. More

Definitely worth the drive from Paradise Valley to Peoria to get outstanding customer service. More
