I tried to buy a used CR-V but they were unwilling to deal. I bought a new model for $1000 more than their 2 year old model with 12k miles on it at another not-Luther dealership. They offered me $3,000 less for my trade in than the KBB calculator on their website. I was told that vehicles like mine were “selling for only $21,000.” I understand they have to make some money and I trus calculator on their website. I was told that vehicles like mine were “selling for only $21,000.” I understand they have to make some money and I trusted them, trading for a new vehicle. However, afterwards I checked their website and they were selling my old car for $23,000. When I received follow up emails from the salesman (Jake) and the sales manager, I questioned them on this and got no response. I took this as an admission of their lack of integrity. I made a mistake in trusting these people and encourage others not to do the same. More
