After two bad experiences in the last couple weeks with dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another vehicle after all Jacob changed that attitude that we had. Jacob was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to the point where we were OUT IF THERE. The dealership was honest with us in that when I called they still had a vehicle I was interested in, instead of luring us down and then finding out there wasn’t something after all thinking we could buy something else.
