The experience of purchasing the vehicle was great, which is why I’ve been so disappointed by their lack of response regarding a missing part. The missing part was supposed to be installed before my purchase is why I’ve been so disappointed by their lack of response regarding a missing part. The missing part was supposed to be installed before my purchase and they assured me it was on order. I’ve called and texted many times to multiple people at the dealership including my salesman, the sales manager, the assistant manager and internet fleet manager to request a copy of the order from the “we owe you” part and no one will respond, despite multiple promises. I am highly skeptical that the part was even ordered. Very, very disappointing and an unfair and unprofessional way to conduct business. More
