Service department fixed my a/c and changed my oil . Service department showed me items on vehicle that need attention assp . They are full of crap. I have had my. Quick and EZ, came in for an oil change. First, I would like to say that I've always been pleased with my past service experiences at Bell Honda. However, in my last service appointment for oil change and tire rotation, there were some confusion t with my past service experiences at Bell Honda. However, in my last service appointment for oil change and tire rotation, there were some confusion that resulted in me paying an additional $300+. I blame it on my loss of hearing and the dealership encouragement of upselling. As a result of my loss of hearing and affirmative answer to questions I did not clearly hear or understand. I ended up paying for services that cost me an additional $300. I don't blame the service tech because he was just doing the job he's required to do. He did not tell me he was up selling or expressed me that that is the requirement, I am just familiar with the industry standard.Please discontinue your upselling. More
