He very quickly sent us the Carfax, then a quote, and explained why our trade-in value was less than Edmund estimate. We believe that Mr. Rodrigues is very honest and hard-working, knowledgeable, and personable. The car here was our #2 choice, and we ended up purchasing from Jim Ellis McDonough. INTEGRITY, CHARACTER, HONESTY. That's what I experienced at Jim Ellis Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership. They could have been like the other dealerships that charged the insane "market adjustmen at Jim Ellis Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership. They could have been like the other dealerships that charged the insane "market adjustment" to their new vehicles, but they DID NOT ! I drove over 2 hours to buy from this dealership so that I didn't have to pay that unfair mark up. Buying a car can be a complete beat down and an all day experience, but the folks at Jim Ellis were so kind and helpful and made the experience so great. My husband and I started out with an online experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai and it exceeded our expectations. Eleanor Aguilar was fantastic. She was a hoot over the phone and she made us feel comfortable dealing with the dealership through non-traditional means. We then dealt with Jaldrin Rodriguez. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He had everything ready for us when we arrived. He was so good at pointing out all of the features of the vehicle. I felt like Jaldrin really had our best interest at heart and he wanted to help us. We ended our Jim Ellis experience with Sam Patel. Wow. He was awesome too. So knowledgeable and informed about how to do the best financing for us. He treated us so well and was very efficient in his job. Usually the time with the "finance guy" is torture.....not with Sam !
