Started off great. Levi was helpful and got to a deal quickly on the truck I came in to look at. Truck was not ready to take home that day so I was given a loaner. W Levi was helpful and got to a deal quickly on the truck I came in to look at. Truck was not ready to take home that day so I was given a loaner. Was told I would receive my paperwork via email. Was texted a couple days later the truck was ready, but when I got there, it was not ready. Still had not received my paperwork. Waited a couple of hours and sales manager (Blake) then told me it had an error code and needed a few more days for repair. Was provided an upgraded loaner and also comped a maintenance plan (Blake tried to make things right). Was given my paperwork on USB drive after asking for it, but when I checked it the next day it belonged to someone else. I am still waiting for my truck. Things happen and I realize you cannot do a lot if the truck has issues from the factory. What is not acceptable at all, though, is giving out the wrong financial documentation from another customer. That is completely in control of the dealership. UPDATE: Received my truck in great condition after the issue was resolved. Service went the extra mile, the Sales Manager checked with me to make sure I was informed, and overall the dealership was a positive experience. I would still like the Finance department to fix their issues with protection of personal data. In today's world that should be a priority. More
