I recently purchased a slightly used 2024 Toyota Supra 45th anniversary from Koons Toyota in Tysons Corner. JahMal Joyner was my sales guy and did a great job throughout the whole process. Lack Integrity Using Bait and Switch Fair Price Offered for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. OnLine Trade-In Value was $10,000 - $12,500 before Krystal’s extra $1,000 and a statement that they beat all o Offered for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. OnLine Trade-In Value was $10,000 - $12,500 before Krystal’s extra $1,000 and a statement that they beat all offers. Carmax and Carvana were both at $10,000 with same indications of Good Condition same noting external scrapes. After traveling 35 miles to Koons, the trade in folks played games (bait and switch) offering $8,000 for my trade-in after negotiating, costing me at $2,000 -$3,000. I DO NOT recommend this dealership based on the ‘Bait and Switch’ experience I had. More
