Offered for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. OnLine Trade-In Value was $10,000 - $12,500 before Krystal’s extra $1,000 and a statement that they beat all o
Offered for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. OnLine Trade-In Value was $10,000 - $12,500 before Krystal’s extra $1,000 and a statement that they beat all offers. Carmax and Carvana were both at $10,000 with same indications of Good Condition same noting external scrapes. After traveling 35 miles to Koons, the trade in folks played games (bait and switch) offering $8,000 for my trade-in after negotiating, costing me at $2,000 -$3,000. I DO NOT recommend this dealership based on the ‘Bait and Switch’ experience I had.

Telling me that the value if my car dropped by 50%+ from your web Trade-In tool which changes values daily and is subject to in person inspection using accurate inputs into the tool doesn’t explain what took place as it was a pure Bait and Switch trade in play. Our conversation confirmed my thinking…
