I absolutely despise this place. I bought and financed a 2015 Honda Civic Si on April 27,2021, it is now September 5th and I have had multiple issues with this car. Jamall said that this car had a new battery and new wheels and everything in the car was fine and up to date. Three months after having the car my clutch burned out when i only added 8,000 miles to the 70,000+ that was already there. When I contacted not only Jamall but Joesph the Financial Advisor that I had issues with the car I was ignored and brushed off. I asked if the clutch had issues and I was dismissed, when I called the dealership and asked for Joesph I was told he was there and I would be transferred to him but he not only sent me to voicemail he never called back. I was taken advantage of because I am a young man and they felt as though they could shut me up. When i got the car I was misled multiple times. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER COME HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND TO A PLACE THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CROOKS. More
