My wife and I came in on the spur of the moment, killing time. Jamar Daniels greeted us, as I would expect any Sales Consultant to do. But what impressed us was his care and concern for getting us into th time. Jamar Daniels greeted us, as I would expect any Sales Consultant to do. But what impressed us was his care and concern for getting us into the right Toyota for our needs, without making us feel pressured. He was genuinely concerned about *us*, which made us stay longer at the dealership, and get almost to the point of closing a sale, even though we live in Orion Township, which is quite a distance away from Victory's location. Also, the sales consultants at Victory seemed to work as a team, which impressed me as very professional. Thanks for your time, Jamar. I have been to more than 15 dealers in search for a good new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. I was even thinking of not getting a vehicle @ all; knowing that I needed some transportation to get from here to there. Mr. Jamar Daniels is a nice gentleman and tried his very best to do whatever within his powers to help me. I felt like he had some empathy for me and understood what I was feeling and going through without elaborating too much. Jamar is a nice man and was very helpful in finding us the car we wanted. We went into the dealership just to get an idea of what is out there with all intentions of price comparing. My father is a 45 year veteran of ford motor company and A plan is usually a big factor in our decision on purchasing a car. Jamar was very pleasant and went over every detail of the purchase he was able to come close to the A plan discount and help us decide which model was right for me....I am not a techie, so to speak but he was able to help me sync my phone and play with the bluetooth feature, which is very important according to my teenagers. Thank you Jamar for not being one of those pushy sales man we come across at most dealerships, We appreciate the time you took with us and so far I LOVE THE RAV. We will be seeing you this spring to visit you....oh and to test drive that scion tc it looks like such a fun car. More
