Mass confusion in the service department. No sign that said where the service section was at. I had to ask the sales guy inside. When I pulled around to the said , they had cars jumbled up tr No sign that said where the service section was at. I had to ask the sales guy inside. When I pulled around to the said , they had cars jumbled up trying to leave and go in. They had a card board sign at 2 cones show where you supposed to stop. A guy was there getting keys and parking cars. NO sign says what door you have to walk into to sit. After 2 hours I had to ask about my car, they said I need to talk to my advisor… umm 🤔 who is that ?? They said it was the guy who wrote me up… ummm no one wrote me up !! They told me to go into the huge bay are where there were no cars in there for some reason and ask them. Then they asked me who my advisor was… umm I DO NOT KNOW !! Finally it was figured out . ALSO !! They said I did not need to fix my recall but I still keep getting messages stating otherwise. Worst experience ever . More
