Can not believe this happened! Talked with Jamari Byars, who did an awesome job and is not the problem, about buying a truck. The truck was on the lot but had been used by the gene Talked with Jamari Byars, who did an awesome job and is not the problem, about buying a truck. The truck was on the lot but had been used by the general manager, Ryan Mclntyre I assume, the whole weekend so some of his things were in the truck. I was told he was also interested in the truck but was made aware that I had first pick if I wanted to buy the truck. We go through the process of buying the truck back and forth all day to finally settle on a price and go through with the purchase. Once agreed on a price Jamari tells me the general manager has to make sure it’s fine, which seemed odd because I thought I had the choice. Few hours go by and I receive a text saying that the general manager is going to buy the truck. Pretty ridiculous to me that a vehicle is listed to the public and agreed to be sold to the customer but a worker has more precedence and is able to just swoop the truck from under you. Unbelievable customer service, I will not buy a vehicle from here. More
