Jamari very patient with us I definitely give him points for that. What I don't not like was not being up front with us when it came down to actual approval process. Meaning spouse did not get approve for h for that. What I don't not like was not being up front with us when it came down to actual approval process. Meaning spouse did not get approve for he wanted not to put down payment and needed co-signer/borrower. So I agreed to it but when it was time to sign paperwork. I notice my name was down for purchaser and information of banker was different from what was told to us. When ask mr.green oh that's how bank wanted it when that's a totally different bank from what we was told from financial manger. I rather honesty say hey guys we found another banker there's some changes it would work out better if other person will be the purchaser than co-signer instead of getting totally blind sided. I also didn't like having to put down a deposit on a car. If it was up to me I would of purchase from another dealership that had cars on the lot which most Toyota in area limited in 2023 but we could of waited. More
