I submitted an ALM Hyundai West coupon for a synthetic oil change AND tire rotation. I did not receive the tire rotation. No shuttle service was available to take me down the street all the times I had my car serviced there. Communication needs work from service managers. Poor quality service and repair - left 3 different parts off the car when done. Repair wasn't done right either, warning light came on within 5 minutes driving. You need someone to check all this prior to off the car when done. Repair wasn't done right either, warning light came on within 5 minutes driving. You need someone to check all this prior to returning car to driver. Now more lost time from work and aggravation on how to get repaired correctly when its over an hr away. More

The service was good until I left and realized that my service light was not turned off after I specifically asked for it to be done. Mr. Smith was knowledgeable and very kind. I was seriously overcharged for my vehicle. The sticker price $45,000, the drive off cost $61,000. I don't know how I let the tie me up in that type of mark up.
