As a female going to the dealership by myself, I was very scared of how things gonna go, but when I met Mr. Akinola, he treated me with respect and he cares. He has called me more that 6 times since I bought scared of how things gonna go, but when I met Mr. Akinola, he treated me with respect and he cares. I had a very memorable experience with Mr. Akinola. Ho goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the process of purchasing a vehicle. Since December 2020 I have purchased 2 Highlander's, one XLE and most recently (last week) a new Platinum. I also leased a new Rav4 for my wife for her birthday. I had a problem with my first Highlander an XLE and most recently (last week) a new Platinum. I also leased a new Rav4 for my wife for her birthday. I had a problem with my first Highlander and waited 3 months to get it resolved. I chalked it up to poor communication. In May I leased the Rav4 without incident. (shipped it out of state to my wife). That brings us to the Platinum; I have had it a week and it's developed a strange noise coming from somewhere under the dash. When I called to get it in I was told not only that they couldn't get me in for another week (partly because of my schedule, I work nights) but if I had to leave it I would have to rent a car for as long as they had it. I have spent almost $110,000.00 this year. I'm very sorry I did that. Between never getting a return call from James A. (he can care less after he makes the sale) to their finance guy who also doesn't return calls. Even when I left him a message because my son was looking for a new car (they lost out on that sale as well). Anyway seems everyone from management down to service is more interested in the next sale and customer service isn't even a thought. When I go down in person all I get is that "they are very busy" so I guess too busy to help me. I'm going to try another dealership to address the problem I have with my Platinum and if I have a similar experience with them I will trade the Highlander for a new BMW, Mercedes or similar vehicle. I refuse to put up with lousy service. If I can't get decent service after what I've spent I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks for listening. Obviously I would not recommend this place. Update: I finally did get my issues resolved by Dustin Smith but it was a struggle to get anything done and I had to get nasty before my issue was addressed. I'm still not sure whether I will return to purchase another vehicle because I feel they take my business for granted. More

James was a real pleasure to work with. I was trying to buy a hard to find 4 Runner and he delivered. I was buying from out of state and he made the entire process so simple.
