My overall experience at the dealership was mediocre,
primarily due to the salesman I had, James Akinola. However, after sharing my numerous concerns with the management team, namely Pablo, he worked to

However, after sharing my numerous concerns with the management team, namely Pablo, he worked to rectify some of my concerns by sending another salesman, Alexis Gutierrez, to my house in DC to give an overview of the vehicle. Alexis was amazingly thorough and gave a fantastic overview of my SUV's features and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciate the lengths to which the dealership went to address my concerns after my car purchase, however, having attentive customer service throughout the entire car buying process would have been most appreciated and saved Alexis a nearly 3 hour commute to my house. I truly hope that the dealership takes the feedback to heart and trains its salesman to do better.
