I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 yrs. The other day I started having problems with my 2006 Toyota Highlander so I decided it was time to upgrade. I spoke with him and advised him of the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I meet with him the next morning and took two vehicles out for a test drive. James was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. After listening intensively to the features I wanted James came back with the specs to a vehicle that was being transported to the dealership the next day. He showed me pictures, reviewed the features, and we agreed that was the vehicle for me. James advised me that the vehicle would be at the dealership the next day. Today is that day and sure enough I drove away in a brand new 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in the color Blueprint. This was absolutely the best experience I ever had. I never do reviews but James is a gem at Toyota. If you want the perfect vehicle......ask for James. You will not be disappointed. More
