Dealership messed up an order, which was upsetting, but Mr. Parnell found exactly the car I wanted at the agreed price within 24 hours of learning of the problem. First time deal with another dealer fell through, then the order mix-up, then success. (I had determined what I wanted via the build-a-car feature on Toyota’s website, which I liked because I could work things out without sales people’s influence.) More
