The one thing I want to point out about my service with James was that when it seemed there would be an issue regarding the final purchase, he knew exactly what was going on, and he was able to offer his a James was that when it seemed there would be an issue regarding the final purchase, he knew exactly what was going on, and he was able to offer his assistance immediately. When you go to the service dept, you are ignored and you wait for someone to acknowledge you to get help. To have a nut put on my tire that was missing, I was told $75.00 and a 2 hour wait!!!
