Really all 5's. Sorry!!! I wasn't charged deductible on cpo insurance, had to make another call to make payment. Not a huge deal but now I know I have to pay. Great Sorry!!! Not organized, and deficient in communication My car was at your dealership for more than a week with no communication to let me know that my car was done until I called by myself, and James claimed he call at your dealership for more than a week with no communication to let me know that my car was done until I called by myself, and James claimed he called me prior to that with no traces of missed call or voice message on my phone. I have Toyota and Honda, and whenever they are done with my car they call and send text messages More

Not helpful at all especially with being a client since 2016! They recommend the most expensive option instead of repairing the issue. Spent $530 due to a leaking issue and they recommend replacing the who 2016! They recommend the most expensive option instead of repairing the issue. Spent $530 due to a leaking issue and they recommend replacing the whole carpet which costs a lot more and does not make ends to do on a 2017 car instead of just draining under it and wet dry vacuum. More
