Hello Shannon, Thank you for your recent visit to North Penn Volkswagen. We're sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your recent experience. We did perform diagnostic work and evaluate your concern over a two day period. We were unable to verify the concern your presented in your photo. As an effort to resolve this intermittent concern, our technician did reprogram the battery control module to ensure the battery is being regenerated at the proper level, we performed several battery tests which all passed, and lastly we performed a capacitive discharge to reset the other electrical systems in case another module was staying awake intermittently. Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue. A video showing the conditions you are experiencing would be helpful so we can escalate this with Volkswagen's technical support team.
