Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being servic accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles. Mr. Boening provided me with a loaner, which took a lot of stress off of me having to get back and forth to work and daily errands. Thanks so much Mr. Boening! My 5 STAR rating is for James Boening and Dee in servce. More
