Hi, My name is James Brooks and I am a car fanatic. I have owned a vehicle from practically every manufacturer there is, but I have become a Toyota aficionado. I am originally from Chestnut Hill, PA but I now reside in the Chester Springs area. I attended Norwood Academy, La Salle College High School, Temple University and Penn State University. My degrees are in Communications, Marketing, Finance and Electrical Engineering. I previously worked in broadcasting at KYW TV3, and QVC, Inc. as a Producer/Director and Sales expert. I am married with 2 children and 2 Grandchildren & they are my blessings. We have 2 rescue dogs that are a blast. My hobbies include music, as I am Bass Guitar player, classic cars, antiques and HD Video Production. BEST 4 hour trip we ever made!! We called Sloane Toyota on a certain vehicle we saw on their website. We were transferred to Abe Ettayb. He was very helpful . Answered all our questions and and just really went above and beyond. We really didn’t want to drive 4 hours but he gave us a deal we just couldn’t refuse. When arriving at the dealership he greeted us as we pulled in. The car was exactly as he described. We so appreciated his honesty and integrity. The purchase could not of went smoother. Abe really puts the customer first and just truly wants you to be happy. The whole experience was just great. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks Abe for all your help and great service. 24 Hours I messaged Frank S. the type (model, year, milage, etc) of car I was looking to buy. He answered back immediately and another two hours another messag I messaged Frank S. the type (model, year, milage, etc) of car I was looking to buy. He answered back immediately and another two hours another message that he had found the car. Another two hours and the car was ready at Malvern. We set up an appointment for early the next day where I test drove, got an estimate on my trade-in, and signed papers. 24 Hours from my initial message to driving off the lot. Thanks. More
