Fast walk-in service saved me 4 hours during work week James Case provided first class and fast service when I walked in Saturday mid-afternoon with an urgent need to have the alignment checked on our Camr James Case provided first class and fast service when I walked in Saturday mid-afternoon with an urgent need to have the alignment checked on our Camry. My original intention was to find out when I could make an appointment. However, James said he could have the vehicle checked and fixed right away. Less than 90 minutes later, the vehicle was fixed and I was back on the road enjoying a very smooth ride. I would like to thank James Case and the entire Koon's Tysons Toyota service team that helped me. It was magical and far-exceeded my expectations! More than that, it saved me at least four hours of time during the regular work week. As their TV commercials say, "we are going to WOW you!" And you certainly did. More
