No haggle sales My rating is a 3.75. That’s only because I didn’t get what I wanted for my trade. I felt they were forthright with their explanation. Finance manager My rating is a 3.75. I emailed the pertinent information prior to my visit. For it being a long distance transaction the service was AWESOME. I drove down from Cleveland. They had me back to CLE and in bed by 11:30. Everyone was pleasant and very respectful. I’d recommend. Courtney Scholls got things started, on her day off. James Davidson expedited the sale and Jerome Richards got the approval with minimal requires. More

Toyota Prius experience I was looking for a particular year with low mileage. Searching the internet I found that Ricart had exactly what I was looking for. Wife and I jump I was looking for a particular year with low mileage. Searching the internet I found that Ricart had exactly what I was looking for. Wife and I jumped in the car and took a drive out and met with a sales person by the name of James Davison. He got the car for us and we took it out for a test drive. It all took about 2 hours and we were outa there with the Prius that I have been looking for. A very painless experience.
