customer service in both sales and service. This service call was for a transmission issue I experienced in Los Angeles. The Tustin dealer were nice but didn't appreciate my situation. I took a chance to make it back to Key Acura. I made my appointment with James who totally understood my issue making my appointment first thing Monday morning. The problem was diagnosed I was given a loaner car and car fixed within 48 hours. Everything was Great.
