Relaxed, no-pressure buying experience. First I should say that I hate car shopping. The reason being that it is a totally awkward experience. I hate being preyed upon by a sales staff that will say anything to make sure to close the deal. At Volvo of the Triad I found a staff that was confident in their product and happy to let me fall-in-love with the car on my own. I truly felt like I was on a test drive with a friend I had known for years. There was honesty and frankness in the experience that was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I have been to. I recommend this dealership and my sales specialist, Thomas Wells, to anyone searching for a car who wants to be treated like a person and not an ATM machine. More
