here again but this was an emergency when my wife was driving. She had a flat tire and needed to get the car towed somewhere close and safe, so she went to Folsom Lake Ford. They have not changed, they are awful. I had to make multiple calls all day to find out what was going on with a simple flat tire. They took so long that by the time they said the car was ready it was now too late to take it to the shop where I had a warranty on the tires. The worst part though was that I asked them to put on the spare, which they said they did, but when I got there the car was still sitting there on its flat tire. Thankfully, I guess, they had a mechanic stay late and put the spare on. This was a simple thing that should have taken 15 minutes, but it took all day and was never actually done. My last experience with them they said the problem with my other car, which they had been unable to repair for 3 years, was unrepairable and not supported by Ford anymore. Took it to another Ford dealer and they fixed it the first time and it's still working great.
