The service dept was extremely dirty. Floors, counters, rugs, doors, windows. Hand prints on walls in parts, light fixtures dusty with spider webs. T
The service dept was extremely dirty. Floors, counters, rugs, doors, windows. Hand prints on walls in parts, light fixtures dusty with spider webs. The lounge smelt damp and musty. The chairs had soiled spots. The woman's restroom was out of hand soap. Garbage in the stalls was not emptied. Overall look it that appearance and cleanliness is not important. With more customers holding on yo and maintaing their vehicles, the same care that sales floor gets should also be applied to service. Reputation is important and there are other places to get service. Consider optics and conversations waiting customers have in your dealership.
