No borescope to be able to see where it was coming from? What a joke, you have got to be kidding !! - To top it all off, 2 of the skid plate bolts snapped off while inspecting for leak, after assurances the bolts would be drilled out and replaced, leaving my Jeep for another 2 days at the shop so that could be done, I finally get it back home, only to find the snapped off bolts had not been replaced, just pushed up enough into place to last my trip home, leaving me to fix the issue. No Thank you, I could not / would not recommend getting work done at Seattle Jeep, not a happy customer. More

My car sat on the service lot for two months for a job of 1-2 days worth of labor. The repair job did not prevent a repeat failure. I had my only car towed to the dealer for warranty repairs. There were m 1-2 days worth of labor. The repair job did not prevent a repeat failure. I had my only car towed to the dealer for warranty repairs. There were many delays in the process. Some were unavoidable, such as backordered parts or a slow-to-move warranty company. But there was a point where 23 days had elapsed since a part was expected to be delivered. I called service regularly throughout that time, but there was no action taken. I had to call the parts department directly to get the issue addressed and the part re-ordered. Since the dealer did not provide a loaner car, I used up the one-week warranty-provided rental car and needed to buy a second car to get to work and run errands. My service rep for the first month of the process, James, was very kind and understanding; however during the first two weeks I felt treated like a low priority amid delays in scheduling with the warranty company to get the repairs authorized. For a repair bill totaling $3000 (of which warranty paid $2500 of), I was given a discount of $50 after I expressed my concerns. Two bolts replaced as part of the repair job fell out of their housing two months later. More
