My experience has been nothing but exceptional because of one individual, service representative James Gill. If more dealerships, or just companies in general had someone one of his demeanor, then dealership one individual, service representative James Gill. Poor communication between desk contact and service technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I technician. I brought in my 2022 Promaster because of intermittent problems with the drivers side rear turn signal. After paying $300 to 'inspect' I was told they would need more time requiring an additional cost of $300-400. Turn signal repair for $600+ is exorbitant. I still have a faulty light. More

Ive been doing business with this location through 5 Dealership owners. This dealership seems to be the most organized and efficient.
