I was looking to get out of my Ford Escape for a while now, where I had a bad Sales and Service experience. Kathryn knew what I was looking for and price range, She was very patient with me as I fell in love with every vehicle I test drove. I can't believe it took me this long to trade up. Katherine has also been there when I have silly follow-up questions, had gotten back to me right away. The experience at Criswell was by far the best car buying experience I've been a part of. Also my service provider James has been wonderful, really takes the headache out of taking my car into the shop. I highly recommend Criswell to everybody I can talk to about it! More
