I feel there is a lack of communication between the service and parts department. I brought my Rav 4 in for a bad noise in the driver's seat and they found a bad recliner mechanism and they had to orde service and parts department. I brought my Rav 4 in for a bad noise in the driver's seat and they found a bad recliner mechanism and they had to order a new part. The part was supposed to be in the next day and they scheduled me for the next day well the part didn't come in and I was never advised so I went in for the appointment and was told that I would have to come back next day. I went in on Friday and they didn't get it done so I had to go back in on Saturday to pick it up. So needless to say I was upset. More
