I am a 71 year old woman who had some issues with my Toyota Sion!  I made an appointment and worked with James Grigsby as my Service Advisor.  For that I am so very grateful as I can become confused and Toyota Sion!  I made an appointment and worked with James Grigsby as my Service Advisor.  For that I am so very grateful as I can become confused and befuddled at times!  He was patient and made me feel right at home.  Never seemed exasperated when I asked him the same question over and over again!  He was kind, extra caring, efficient and a man of his word!  If he said he was going to call, he called.  I never felt as though I was left out of the loop while being updated as to the service work being done on my car.  The work was completed as promised.  There was a minor issue that needed some extra attention.  So James made sure that it was ALL taken care of.  He went the extra mile with each and every encounter.  I am very happy and satisfied with the service and smiles James provided.  I also appreciate the service technicians who worked on my car.  They were quick to fix the initial problems with it.  When an additional problem came up, they worked together to get that done right away, as well.  A huge Thank You to James for going the extra mile!  He was wonderful!   It was fun to be able to make some balloons for you to show my appreciation!  I really enjoyed your personality and great sense of humor!  I will make sure to ask for you in any future service work required at Gettel!   And I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting some one who really does care about the customers.  You are the BEST!  More
