On my last visit, things fell apart. There was a great difficulty in communication as * The primary Service Tech was off for the day; * The SUPERVISOR was off for the Day; *The Phone op There was a great difficulty in communication as * The primary Service Tech was off for the day; * The SUPERVISOR was off for the Day; *The Phone operators had no way to communicate with service; * The SALES FLOOR could not get someone to walk over and ask someone to call me. When I finally connected, it seems my car was not a first priority and it was 2 pm before anyone knew enough to proceed. I was given a rental car, but I had to go get it and return it. The car was fixed properly, but, again, clear communication was not available. Also, I again state that I feel insulted to be asked to pay a Credit Card Service Fee on repairs that are charged by book value that certainly includes Overhead Costs like the Credit Card Fee. It makes your business look cheap and uncaring and it forces me to ue more risky payment methods that come without ant protections. You should rethink your decision. More

I should not have had to wait 10 months for the second key fob. Also we had an appointment and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get the key fob programmed. When I asked the service guy why it took key fob. Also we had an appointment and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get the key fob programmed. When I asked the service guy why it took that long to program a key he said it did not take that long but there would be a wait. I said but I have a scheduled appointment. He said he would do the best he could. So my question is why do you have appointments?? More

Major improvement in service response and delivery. James was not immediately available when I got there, but they assigned another service person to take care of me. Although all I need it was a tire rotation and 100-point inspection, My vehicle was ready in less than an hour and ready to go. James was great in getting me quickly back on the road. More
