We had a transmission issue with our brand new Terrain (bought in WI) and were 300 miles from home. Todd, Jim, and Roman took care of us from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, getting our situation diagnosed and into another vehicle (Thanks, Joe!) so we could continue on our journey. Throughout the repair process they kept us informed of the status of the vehicle. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff were, all of them, addressing our issue immediately upon arrival, and working with us to resume our trip. Highly recommend Napleton GMC!! More
