While waiting on the transport to get a loaner car, I over heard a conversation between another service tech and a customer, so I guess everyone has a dedicated service tech, which is great! The only complaint is that if you need a loaner car you have to go to Enterprise about 8 miles away and get one from them. I which Gunther would just loan you a VW or Volvo from their lot. It may even boost sales if you loaned a car you never tried and liked it. More

They didn't even top off the other fluids. Also, they left recommendations on the ticket from my last visit that had already been addressed such as windchill wipers. I bought new wipers and put them on a week earlier so how can they recommend new wipers? SMH More
