very bad experience It is with great concern and disappointment that I write this email. On December 1st I leased a Gray Tiguan SE from your dealership Not only t It is with great concern and disappointment that I write this email. On December 1st I leased a Gray Tiguan SE from your dealership Not only the car came with a huge stain spot on the pilot’s front door but it also came with scratches in several places (please see pictures X and Y attached). Politely I reached out to the dealership and my “new” car was taken back to the dealership to be repaired and I was left with a replacement vehicle that didn’t match my expectations as it was very dirty. My car came back and the scratches on the bumper were fixed. However, there were other scratches that remained intact (see pictures A and Z attached) as well as the stain on the pilot’s front door. Before my car was picked up, I took it to the car wash so that the scratches could be seen clearly. When I got the car back, it was dirty in the inside. The worst part is that my car came back with more than 200 miles than it had. This is unacceptable as I only have 10,000 miles/year and this represents 25% of what I can drive monthly. I would like to speak with you and see what are the options that I have regarding the extra miles you put on my car and get a document stating that you are aware of the stains and scratches and I will not be charged for it when I have to return the car. Lastly, my deal was that you guys were going to cover the last four payments of my old lease. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged by Honda on Dec 5th. I’m truly dissatisfied with the experience of leasing in your dealership, it’s been a pain so far. More

Not honest Recommending items that needed repairs that did not. Brought to another service center and the repairs were not needed. Avg experience. Nothing mind blowing. Drove up, service tech came over. I told him the issue. We dropped the car and left. I called back about 4 hours later, as I did not hear from anyone. No one came over to talk about a new car having a problem. I was told car was beating cleaned. It was a faulty regulator on driver side. There was no charge. We got the car and left. Pretty uneventful. More

However, severaI friends & even strangers stated that their experiences were painless & I have always dreaded the car showroom / car purchase process. However, severaI friends & even strangers stated that their experiences were painless & highy recommended the Gunther dealerships for both sales and service. I can honestly say that James Gunther was very accommodating and both he and the finance consultant made the car purchase experience easier than I ever anticipated, confirming the testimonials I mention above. There is another trait I feel worthy of mention. He treated both my wife and I as equals in this purchase decision. In the past, we have encountered sales people tend to focus on the male and disregard the woman. James was not in any way focused on one over the other. He treated us both with respect as equal decision makers. More
