Nick,( who does not work there anymore) showed tremendous diligence and customer service and was able to rectify the problem that I came in for 2 years ago. I rarely drive the car and it was running fine until I came in for a recall repair yesterday. Now, the service engine light is back on, the car is not drivable, and I will be charged a lot of money to get it fixed, again, hopefully.

Thank you for your response. I gave you a call last week, and I visited today. James showed me where with the recall that I came in for, the wrong water pump was installed and the new one was going to be installed today. In addition, the IVM, which needed be manufactured in and shipped from Germany, was there today too and would be installed. I could not wait because I had already driven there. I brought my 2013 BMW X3 95,000 miles there for a recall repair. After the repair I am being told (Connor) I could not drive the car home 25 miles because the IVM could not connect to the new water pump (which as it turns out was the wrong water pump, the recall). I will follow up with a phone call sir and I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
