The best car buying experience ever! Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Even though I live in Jacksonville and have several local dealerships nearby, we traveled over an hour to Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Yulee. I was looking for a very specific Jeep, they had 4 on the lot and after having a couple of conversations with Ryan Cramer we decided to make the trip. We told Ryan the vehicles we had an interest in, what we were looking for in a trade-in and how much we were looking to pay. Ryan pretty much closed the deal even before I test drove the Jeep...there was no haggling, no surprises (except good ones), no pressure and no regrets. The only decision I had to make was which one to pick...Ryan met us at the door with a smile and had my vehicles ready and waiting (with the AC on. OK...so this was the first clue that this was no ordinary salesman). I test drove the Jeeps and Ryan showed me all the ins and outs...including some great ideas on what he has done on his personal Jeep. When the time came, within an hour we had the paperwork done and the contract signed. I handed him the keys to my Ford Explorer and he handed me the keys to my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This was the BEST car buying experience ever. When I say they are worth the trip and they have a customer for life...I truly mean it! Ryan is friendly, straight forward and so knowledgeable. I felt like he was giving me exactly what I was looking for and just made the whole process so easy. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable and well-stocked with beautiful vehicles. Well done! Ms Shay rented me a car - FREE! the part arrived & fixed her right up in TWO days! AWESOME service, price, & people! oh, & since under bumper to bumper, ~$800 job cost me not one penny. Went back next day b/c saw one funny lite on dash this time, & again she was thoroughly checked out, even wiring. i felt so silly rushing back, but felt relieved to find out she was good to go! i wasn't made to feel stupid; i was told to bring my sweet Nemesis (her name) in if ANYTHING felt wrong. made me feel a lot better; my b to bumper was almost expired, so i spoke w Mr James, reviewed options, & signed up for five more years - price incredible! if your b to b expiring soon, GO to DAVIS!, not some third rate company. staff friendly, listen to ailment, then put any needed/suggested repairs in PLAIN English. i purchased Nemesis there from sales rep Ryan Cramer, & it is the BEST investment i ever made. i will keep her forever.. More
