Med Center Mazda is open and airy, with a lounge area that keeps you connected to both the service department and the beautiful new Mazdas on display. A very handsome CX-50 Meridian Edition sat in the sh that keeps you connected to both the service department and the beautiful new Mazdas on display. A very handsome CX-50 Meridian Edition sat in the showroom on the day of my service appointment. In what seemed like no time, I received my Mazda3’s service video and was able to approve the repairs I wanted to move forward with using my phone. The service experience is excellent! More

This is my second visit in a week. The oil filter that was originally put on (Saturday) was faulty causing my oil light to come on and oil to leak. I called on Monday and left a messag The oil filter that was originally put on (Saturday) was faulty causing my oil light to come on and oil to leak. I called on Monday and left a message, but didn’t get a call back. I called again on Tuesday and the service rep said to bring it in and they’d get right to it. I brought it in Wednesday morning and was out in about an hour. They were open about the issue and ensured me that they replaced the filter with a new one and topped off all fluids. All in all, it was great service and no hassle. More

He was very happy and showed a good attitude from the time I arrived to time I left. He made me feel very welcome, even after he did not find my name on schedule.
