This is my second visit in a week. The oil filter that was originally put on (Saturday) was faulty causing my oil light to come on and oil to leak. I called on Monday and left a message, but didn’t get a call back. I called again on Tuesday and the service rep said to bring it in and they’d get right to it. I brought it in Wednesday morning and was out in about an hour. They were open about the issue and ensured me that they replaced the filter with a new one and topped off all fluids. All in all, it was great service and no hassle. More
