I got a full circle inspection 2 months ago and talked to a maintenance person about the issues that I was having with brakes because there isn’t option for me to choose online when setting up an appointment a maintenance person about the issues that I was having with brakes because there isn’t option for me to choose online when setting up an appointment. They sent a video and said my brakes and rotors were fine. I’ve been having having problem with my brakes for months and maintenance said everything was fine. Well, today I had to come out of pocket $700 for brake and rotor replacement on the rear and resurfacing on the front. I never miss an oil change and every time I go there there is a different answer about my tire. One appointment, they are in the green and the next they are in the red and then back to yellow. They lack consideration of my time and money. Solving the problem sooner is always the better option! More
