For the first time I was extremely disappointed with my service the people were very unfriendly and I had an appointment it still took an hour and a half for standard oil change and tire rotation I drove f service the people were very unfriendly and I had an appointment it still took an hour and a half for standard oil change and tire rotation I drove from an hour away because this was the nearest dealership so it basically ended up taking my whole day More

They handled the service properly and communicated as they should. Not crazy about the online appointment but that was the only way I could get through. The next day I called your parts department inquir they should. Not crazy about the online appointment but that was the only way I could get through. The next day I called your parts department inquired about a front tow eye, he gave me the price said that he had it so I drove down there to get it and he didn’t have it. That’s not very professional. But that’s the part department not the service department. More
