Hello Ms. Kelley, First off, I'm very sorry you felt that way, I was working that Saturday, and we had a rush of folks right about when you came in, some late, and some early, so we were scrambling. maybe that is why we didn't seem as engaged. Believe me it wasn't intentional. As for the time it took, I looked at the time stamps on your paperwork and saw that you arrived and were checked in at 8:12 for your 8:30 appointment. We finished up and you left at 9:39 am. So the total time here was 1 hr:27 min. We were about 30 min longer than usual for that service, but not too far out of line. I guess I am a bit confused how it somehow took your whole day? I know when we are frustrated it seems forever, but all in all you were in and out and had your service and inspection done relatively quickly. I often hear about customers having to drive a long way, due to the fact that there just aren't many dealers, but we honestly have no control over that situation. I really wish the other dealers were still open in Montgomery! Please let me know if there were other circumstances that i was unaware of, or anything you can tell me that will help in the future.
