it's fine. I'm a loyal customer. This was so out of character, and I'm nursing a broken leg and in a walker, so it was particularly unfortunate for me that I was there longer than 3 hrs. because I was uncomfortable. I had asked on the phone when I made the appt. I had an 11;30 appt. It was after 12:15 before anyone sent me a quote -- I went and asked after 30 min. or so, and I didn't leave until around 3 p.m. Just wanted management to know this was an issue -- hopefully that can be corrected.

Thank you for your reply. I have discussed this with my service staff. This is a good lesson for us to be more aware of the time a visit is taking and to be more proactive. We do have other options, such as loaner vehicles that we can provide for you free of charge, while your vehicle is being serviced. We should have offered that as an option if we knew we were running behind. I want to apologize again and let you know that your business is very important to us, even though we failed to show you that on your most recent visit.
