I live in Texas and the car was in Georgia. Mr. Hodges handled everything via email so all I had to do was sign the papers and go over the vehicle. There wasn’t any pressure from him or the general sales manager. I already had my financing in place when they gave me a better rate. Elizabeth walked me through the car and made sure I understood everything before I drove off. First time when we visited he was happy to take us for test drive and no pressure to sell the car. He listened to our plan for looking into other cars as well. We went back to him again after we decided on the car, same experience and no pressure. Once we told him that we are interested in buying then only the conversation happened. Very comfortable experience and we finalized the deal in few minutes. We visited other competitors place when we were looking for cars similar to GLE350 and we cannot compare the experience we had here, this is was a cut above.
