James “Chief” Inim was a delight to work with as my sales person, and he really did everything he could to make me feel at ease with Star Subaru! Buying a car during the chip shortage was unlike anything I’ve experienced before, but James, and even his manager Jeff Davis, were prompt and gracious in answering any questions and concerns I had throughout the process of ordering my car. James was so helpful in explaining the features to me when my car came in, and even answering the questions of my family members. His kindness was much appreciated and a blessing! Shane Hacker, in financing, was also very patient in answering my questions and walking me through the final steps of the purchase. This is usually where I have had even good experiences turn sour when purchasing cars in the past from other dealerships, so this was refreshing. I felt that the process was fair and honest, which is really what a customer hopes for when making such an important purchase.
