Like any other dealership service center. Even if you make an appointment, they are slow and they are expensive. But James was really nice. That just might be why we would come back. Fresh donuts & other refreshments while waiting. Jim kept me well informed. The video of inspection was appreciated. Although the distance is more than 50 miles, the service is well worth the trip. Jim was great! The thermostat unit in our 2022 CX30 took 4 hours to install, twice the original 2 hour estimate. My impression was still pretty good: Jim offered to let me use a courtesy car to grab lunch and kept me updated as to the progress. The Dunkin donuts in the waiting area kept calling my name but I only had one. My poor self control wasn't KR's problem!!! Also, while Jim was my primary point of contact, the rest of the folks in the service department were very courteous and helpful. Honestly it almost wasn't normal!!! (As though KRM moved to Stepford - or maybe I got sent back to 1950.) More

Had a great experience with their Service dept. . I like how they provide a video to show you what needs to be done and with their recommendations. The waiting room is also really good! .
